Dr. McClure stands as the living root of compassion, intellect, and sacred guidance within THEE S.C.H.O.L.A.R.™ lineage. Her nurturing spirit, grounded leadership, and timeless wisdom inspired the creation of SCHOLA OMNISCIENTIA™. Through her voice, many found clarity. Through her love, many learned to rise.
A lifelong servant-leader and trailblazer, Dr. Loretta McClure is a distinguished recipient of a Doctorate in Arts and Liberal Studies from Charter University. Her academic journey includes studies in Legal Research at Quinnipiac College, Consumer Education at the University of Connecticut (Storrs), Personal Healthcare at Mattatuck Community College, and Technical Training in IBM keypunch and Gregg shorthand through OIC. She also completed certification as a Social Service Agent.
Dr. McClure served as Executive Director of Dixwell Legal Rights, an organization dedicated to empowering the community through legal education and advocacy. She trained aspiring paralegals and became the first female television host of Speaking for the Consumer on WNHC-TV — a groundbreaking program amplifying public awareness of consumer rights and protection.
Beyond her civic leadership, Dr. McClure is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary. Her ventures span multiple industries — including oil (Tradewinds, LLC), insurance (as a licensed agent), fashion (Clothes Haven Boutique), and real estate (as a property owner and developer). She is also a certified personal healthcare provider and accomplished grant writer, bringing a holistic touch to every field she engages.
A lifelong member of the United House of Prayer for All People (UHOP), Dr. McClure’s faith remains the cornerstone of her calling. She has served faithfully as a G-Class worker since its inception and has achieved Top Payer status three times within the UHOP Kingdom — an honor that reflects her unwavering loyalty and excellence in service.
Her legacy stands as a living testament to excellence, resilience, and divine leadership across faith, family, education, entrepreneurship, leadership, law, advocacy, and health.
